Q: Why can't I see my newly submitted order in the tracker?
A: Submissions may take up to 2 weeks to display from the day they are processed and sent out to PSA. If after 2 weeks they still do not display, please reach out via email and we can see what the problem may be.

 

Q: If my submission isn't moving, can I reach out to ask for an update?
A: These trackers are in real-time directly from PSA, as their API is embedded onto the tracker. What you see is what we see, so there are no additional updates that aren't already being displayed.

 

Q: Once the tracker reaches "Awaiting Shipping", what can I expect next?
A: Once the submission reaches the end of the tracker, we will typically be invoiced by PSA in roughly 2-3 weeks. Once we are invoiced, we will send everyone a final invoice immediately. No reminders needed, as we send invoices asap within 24 hours. We want to get paid just as badly as everyone wants to see their final slabs.

 

Q: When can I see my grades?
A: We receive grades at the very end of the submission period upon being invoiced. Once we send out the final invoice, that invoice will also have all of the cert numbers that can be plugged into PSA's database online. That way, those who'd like to see their grades right away can do so, and those who'd like for it to remain a surprise simply need not enter their cert numbers online. We do not receive them any earlier.

 

Q: How long do I have, to pay my invoice?
A: Payments are flexible, wherein everyone has the option to pay any amount at anytime during the waiting period. From the day everyone receives a final invoice, there is an additional grace period of one week before late fees are applied. These late fees can be seen HERE. 

 

Q: How long can my submission be held before I have to ship or pick up?
A: Three calendar months. Within this time, you may choose to wait to pick up or ship your submission especially if you are waiting for another submission and would like to combine the pick up or shipping. After 3 months, slabs are forfeited without notice.
